When a form library that should be used in a K2 workflow, is created in a SharePoint solution, it is important that in the ListTemplate element for the library the Type attribute is set to “115″. In this case the FeatureID element for the library must be set to the ID of the feature that contains the corresponding elements file. The attribute DocumentTemplate of the ListTemplate element should be set to “1000″.

When the form library is provisioned with a ListInstance element, this ListInstance element need also the Type attribute set to “115″ and the FeatureID as the ListTemplate element.
